Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the functions to maximize efficiency and profitability as defined by corporate leadership.
- Develop and execute administrative, managerial, operational and program plans within the scope of their assigned project or task.
- Develop schedules, resource plans and milestones for project completion.
- Develop and report achievement of milestones for projects.
- Develop, implement and execute policies required to maintain customer satisfaction and retention as related to their assigned project or task.
- Develop and lead work plans, internal staffing, resource allocation and identification of friction points within their area of responsibility.
- Provide timely and accurate program budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assist corporate leadership.
- Support recruiting, staffing, training and management that result in a positive work environment to maximize efficient production within their product or service line.
- Work in concert with other program managers, project managers and task managers, specifically in quality assurance and customer interface to maintain consistency across the organization.
- Participating in education and training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Clearance desired.
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
- 10+ years of prior US Military experience is highly desired.
- Skilled in coordinating with external agencies and internal organizational elements, establishing responsibilities, and setting expectations.
- Experience in controlling and managing project budgets and schedules.
- Experience in dealing with a wide variety of military service organizations, both US and foreign allied partner nations.
