As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business success through seamless project execution—from concept to delivery—on complex and multifaceted projects. This is an incredible opportunity for a creative and results-driven professional to manage teams across account, creative, production, media, studio, and finance, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

  • Oversee a diverse range of client projects from start to finish, maintaining project schedules with clear tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Hold team members accountable to their tasks and responsibilities, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Regularly monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to schedules and expectations.
  • Conduct efficient and timely team status meetings, providing clear documentation for all project updates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of all project details into the Project Management system.

• Communication:

  • Lead internal team members with trust, empathy, and humility, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment.
  • Resolve conflicts and problem-solve when project timelines or resources become overloaded, ensuring smooth project progression.

• Financial Management:

  • Manage project budgets, estimates, hours, and SOWs, working closely with Account and Finance teams.

• Staff Resourcing:

  • Collaborate with Traffic and other Project Managers to ensure appropriate resource allocation based on staff availability and project bandwidth.

• A flexible approach to troubleshooting problems and solving bottlenecks, with a sensitivity to team workloads and project prioritization.
• An understanding of agency project architecture, including print, digital, social, and video formats.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Previous experience in a full-service agency or in-house creative team.
• Proficiency with Mac and PC platforms and familiarity with PM software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS365/Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, Workamajig).
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
