Project Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team and contribute to transforming business operations through cutting-edge solutions. This remote role offers the opportunity for occasional travel to support lab events and workshops.

This is a contract until 12/31/25 with the possible extension. The team is located in across the USA, and the role is fully remote. Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and oversee Lab Operations projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within defined scopes.

• Technical Coordination: Act as the primary contact for technical issues, coordinating resolutions and ensuring seamless operations.

• Data Reporting: Maintain high standards in data reporting, including Monthly Business Reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with diverse teams to meet reporting and operational expectations.

• Support Initiatives: Assist in testing, piloting, and training for new Lab Operations initiatives.

• Content Creation: Develop presentation materials, training content, and standard operating procedures.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify challenges and propose enhancements for platforms and reporting activities.

• Technical Partnership: Collaborate with Business Technology Solutions to support technical implementations.

• Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate meetings, providing comprehensive documentation and actionable insights.

• Change Management: Drive the adoption of new processes and tools within Lab Operations.

• Strategic Advocacy: Advocate for the Digital Lab's needs and offer strategic recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

• 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing or project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization skills.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Smartsheet and PowerBI as a plus.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently without daily supervision.
