Project Management: Lead and oversee Lab Operations projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within defined scopes.
Technical Coordination: Act as the primary contact for technical issues, coordinating resolutions and ensuring seamless operations.
Data Reporting: Maintain high standards in data reporting, including Monthly Business Reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with diverse teams to meet reporting and operational expectations.
Support Initiatives: Assist in testing, piloting, and training for new Lab Operations initiatives.
Content Creation: Develop presentation materials, training content, and standard operating procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Identify challenges and propose enhancements for platforms and reporting activities.
Technical Partnership: Collaborate with Business Technology Solutions to support technical implementations.
Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate meetings, providing comprehensive documentation and actionable insights.
Change Management: Drive the adoption of new processes and tools within Lab Operations.
Strategic Advocacy: Advocate for the Digital Lab's needs and offer strategic recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in digital marketing or project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization skills.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Smartsheet and PowerBI as a plus.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently without daily supervision.
