We are a Wrocław-based game studio embarking on a new production adventure! We are looking for a leader who can build a strong, motivated team and guide them through all stages of game development – from concept to market success. If you have experience, a passion for games, and the ability to manage complex processes – join us!
Must have:
- Lead 3 full projects within 3 years.
- Plan and organize team work.
- Communicate with finance, sales, and management departments.
- Communicate with clients in English.
- Plan project lifecycle, verify estimations, review work, and report.
- Ensure business objectives are met.
- Ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain regular team communication.
- Identify and communicate risks.
- Manage project changes.
- Support the team.
- Provide clear and transparent performance reports.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in gaming.
- Documented work on at least 2 game productions with min. 75% positive reviews.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA.
- Knowledge of agile project management tools.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Transparent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and high personal culture.

⚔️KNIGHTLY TASKS
- Your first task will be to complete 3 full projects within 3 years.
- Planning and organizing the work of the Knights.
- Communication with the financial, sales, and company management departments.
- Conducting communication with clients in English.
- Planning the entire project lifecycle, verifying estimations, planning, verifying work, and reporting.
- Ensuring the maintenance of product business assumptions.
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintaining regular communication with the team.
- Identifying and communicating risks.
- Managing change in the project.
- Team support.
- Clear and transparent reporting on work results.
⚔️KNIGHTLY EXPECTATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the gaming industry.
- Documented work on at least 2 game productions with a minimum of 75% positive reviews.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA.
- Knowledge of agile project management tools.
- Ability to effectively solve problems.

⚔️WE OFFER OUR KNIGHTS
- Remuneration: 13,000 - 19,000 PLN on a B2B contract + VAT on invoice or 11,500 - 17,000 PLN gross on an employment contract (UOP).
