You will lead daily project status meetings, manage timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations. You will also manage resourcing within Mutiny’s Airtable instance, interact with clients professionally, and route social marketing assets for review and approvals. The role requires experience in an integrated marketing agency specializing in social campaigns, involving project intake, brief development, concept development, creative execution/production, reporting, and analysis.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of Project Manager experience in advertising agency.
  • Expert in social-first production.
  • Integrated marketing agency experience is a must.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

Mutiny is Trailer Park Group’s integrated creative agency focused solely on the video gaming space, anchored by deep audience insights, integrated creative thinking, and proprietary data and strategy, all backed by Trailer Park Group’s premium content production resources on a global scale.

We are seeking a Project Manager to help produce social-forward campaigns for a fast-paced FPS gaming franchise. As a Project Manager, you will lead and help coordinate teams on everything from print to digital, mobile, social, and video. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is nimble, is a quick learner, and loves juggling multiple projects.

IMPORTANT CALL-OUTS

- This position requires individuals with integrated marketing agency experience specializing in social campaigns. Unfortunately, we cannot move forward with your candidacy for this role if you do not have experience working for an integrated marketing agency (this is different from paid / programmatic social project management)
- Candidates who love video games are preferred - FPS games would be great
- Final round candidates will be required to do a short case study assignment before the offer
- Candidates living within a commutable distance to Hollywood, CA are prioritized.  West Coast may be considered.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop accurate and thorough project plans, schedules, budgets, documentation, and specs as needed for multiple fully integrated campaigns/projects that run simultaneously. Must be well-versed in managing and planning the campaign life cycle:
    • Project intake
    • Brief development
    • Concept development
    • Creative execution/production
    • Reporting & analysis
  • Lead daily project status meetings with the internal integrated team. You will be responsible for owning a project’s current status and detailing applicable next steps. 
  • Manage and communicate timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations with internal team members on all projects that you manage 
  • Receive, review, and distribute assets for each project
  • Be the last pass at quality assurance before a client sees our work
  • Must listen, problem-solve, and negotiate with internal stakeholders to produce the best work
    • You will liaise with account, strategy, creative, and production teams on social forward-integrated marketing campaigns for the video game industry.
  • Manage resourcing within Mutiny’s Airtable instance
  • Potentially interact with clients in a professional, customer-centric fashion
  • Route social marketing assets for internal and external review/approvals

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of experience in the Project Manager function at an advertising agency managing social forward marketing campaigns 
  • Expert in social-first production
  • MUST have integrated marketing agency experience.  This is a requirement
  • A love of all things video games is preferred
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments
  • Strong knowledge of: 
    • OSX Operations Systems
    • Social media platforms and specs
    • Digital Production Process / Flow
    • Common digital/ flash deliveries
  • Consistently communicates using appropriate methods for the situation and audience in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
