Zeeco is seeking a Project Manager for Flares to manage multiple projects from sales turnover to completion. The project manager is the primary contact for customers and management, responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling all project communications. Key responsibilities include improving customer relationships, increasing project gross margin while maintaining quality and safety, delivering scopes within timelines, tracking quantities within budget, optimizing net working capital, and mitigating risks. The role requires interfacing with global locations and internal departments, maintaining technical knowledge of Zeeco products, and managing day-to-day communications with clients, headquarters, global offices, and sub-vendors. This includes managing deliverable quality, schedules, budgets, reporting, and leading teams. The project manager will also create technical specifications, review client specifications, prepare procurement packages, evaluate bids, issue orders, and coordinate vendor drawings. Additionally, the role involves expediting vendor deliveries, participating in HAZOP & SIL, maintaining ISO audit documentation, and managing project engineering. The project manager must protect project margins by controlling chargeable hours, production costs, and scope creep, and ensure timely invoicing and collections. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems is required. Ad hoc responsibilities may include sales support and travel.
