Our client is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their team of Producers, dedicated to delivering exceptional merchandising elements that elevate the retail customer experience. This role is pivotal in coordinating the onboarding of creative vendors and ensuring the seamless planning and execution of store setup and installation guides across global retail locations.

This is a full-time 4-6 month contract opportunity. The role is located in Cupertino or Los Angeles, CA. 

Project Manager II Responsibilities: 

• Spearhead the planning and execution of comprehensive store setup guides, ensuring consistency in formatting, language, and structure.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable vendors for store setup projects.

• Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and deliverables to guarantee high-quality, timely execution.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving challenges efficiently as they arise.

• Verify the accuracy of installation steps and troubleshooting procedures.

• Develop processes to keep documentation current with new features, processes, or updates.

• Maintain a continuous communication loop with geo-based teams and field merchandising for feedback.

Project Manager II Requirements: 

• Proven experience in project management, process development, and problem-solving.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience working cross-functionally with creative or architectural agencies.

• Background in vendor management or creative/product development.

• Ability to identify and resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently.

• Self-motivated and independent, comfortable working under tight deadlines.

• Strong ability to establish rapport, credibility, and understand multiple perspectives to drive results.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.

• Proficiency in productivity software 

• Experience with retail store environments and creative workflows is a plus.
