Job Description

Lead Project Manager responsible for managing the overall progress of game development in collaboration with directors and producers. This role requires balancing budget, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a project manager in AAA consumer game development and a strong understanding of internal consumer game development processes. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of game production, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget, and maintaining high quality standards. The position offers a full-time opportunity with a 3-month probationary period and a 3-year initial contract, with potential for a permanent contract based on performance.

Must have:

2+ years AAA consumer game project management experience
Strong understanding of consumer game development
Budget and deadline management
Collaboration with directors and producers
Quality assurance of deliverables

試用期間：3ヶ月（労働条件変更なし）

賃金

年収額：応相談

※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 フレックス制（コアタイム無し）休憩時間 60分

完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）

入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大２２日

年末年始休暇（１２/３０-０１/０３）
