• Lead Project Management Initiatives

• Spearhead project discussions, providing clear direction and guidance to the team.
• Define project scope, assessment, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and internal standards
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Drive Execution and Delivery

• Manage and track project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
• Oversee the testing and implementation of new processes and improvements.

• Collaborate and Communicate Effectively

• Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and ensure buy-in.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and partner groups.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to update stakeholders on project status and outcomes.

• Champion Continuous Improvement

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Research and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility of new projects.

• Mentorship and Leadership

• Provide guidance and support to Shared Services Specialists and Business Analysts.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience in the financial services or lending industry and contact center fundamentals would be an advantage
• Familiarity with Google Looker Studio and Snowflake a plus
