Job Description

As the Promotions Operations Team Manager, you will lead the delivery of CRM-linked promotions, ensuring they are accurate and compliant. You will translate campaign briefs into operational setups and manage end-to-end execution. This role involves collaboration with various teams to introduce new reward mechanics and improve customer experiences. You will also be responsible for QA processes and ensuring promotions comply with regulations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Promotions Operations Team Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of all CRM-linked promotions, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and fully compliant. You’ll be responsible for translating campaign briefs into operational setups and managing end-to-end execution across a wide variety of promotional formats.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, and third-party game providers to enhance our promotions capability. You’ll play a central role in introducing new reward mechanics, improving customer experiences, and supporting long-term innovation in how we engage and retain players.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Managing the setup, testing, and deployment of promotions across CRM and lifecycle campaigns

        Translating campaign briefs into well-structured and executable promotional configurations

        Collaborating with Product and Gaming teams to integrate new bonus types and reward mechanisms

        Working with third-party game providers to deliver exclusive or custom promotional features

        Maintaining robust QA processes to ensure all promotions launch error-free

        Ensuring all promotions comply with regulatory, legal, and responsible gaming standards

        Documenting eligibility rules, terms, and targeting logic to ensure transparency and auditability

        Working closely with CRM and Analytics to monitor promotional performance and support optimisation

        Supporting process improvement to streamline workflows and reduce delivery times

        Acting as a subject matter expert on promotional delivery, supporting training and knowledge-sharing

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

        Proven experience in bonus operations, CRM promotions, or campaign execution

        Working knowledge of promotion setup tools and bonus mechanics, ideally in gaming or e-commerce

        Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, CRM, and Compliance

        High attention to detail and confidence in handling complex setups

        Experience working in a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of responsible gaming

        A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving, documentation, and continuous improvement
