Job Title: Proposition Manager – Digital Identity & Fraud Solutions, LSEG Risk Intelligence

Location: Global
Department: COO
Reports To: Proposition Director – Digital Identity & Fraud

About the Role

We’re seeking a commercially astute, strategic, and market-savvy Proposition Manager to shape and drive the success of our digital identity verification and payments fraud prevention solutions.

This role sits at the heart of our commercial strategy and go-to-market planning, helping to define how we take our products to market, price them competitively, and ensure they are aligned with real-world customer needs today — and into the future. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer teams, and act as a key voice in both internal planning and external market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Modelling

  • Lead the end-to-end commercial proposition across Digital ID and Fraud Prevention products
  • Develop data-driven commercial models, including pricing scenarios, revenue forecasting, and unit economics
  • Create clear business cases for new opportunities or market shifts

Go-to-Market & Pricing Strategy

  • Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, enhancements, or region-specific rollouts, working with sales strategy teams.
  • Perform deep data analysis of the existing book to identify whitespaces and new revenue opportunities.
  • Define and manage pricing strategy, tiering, and discounting frameworks
  • Provide deal support for key accounts and enterprise opportunities

Strategic Planning & Operationalisation

  • Contribute to top-level business strategy, aligning market needs with product direction and commercial priorities
  • Drive the operationalisation of products — defining workflows, input into enablement plans, and commercial readiness
  • Collaborate extensively with Product to ensure successful delivery of roadmap deliverables and plan for future roadmaps.

Market & Customer Insight

  • Lead Voice of Market (VoM) research to inform roadmap and market positioning
  • Perform horizon 2 and 3 market scanning to identify disruptive trends, competitor moves, and whitespace opportunities
  • Define and continuously refine our market strategy in line with industry shifts and regulatory developments

Customer & Sales Support

  • Support strategic customer engagements, shaping propositions that meet complex buyer needs
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing and Customer Success to develop value messaging and customer-facing content

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in Proposition, Commercial, Strategic Product, or Go-to-Market roles
  • Background in digital identity, fraud prevention, regtech, payments, or fintech is strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of digital identity verification, KYC, payments fraud, or compliance-led technology solutions
  • Strong business acumen and commercial thinking and data analysis — able to develop compelling commercial narratives backed by data
  • Comfortable working across ambiguous and fast-moving markets
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging exec-level stakeholders and key customers
  • Experience in horizon scanning, market sizing, or emerging trend analysis is an added advantage.
