PUBG IP Franchise Esports Brand Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
The PUBG Esports Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing global esports tournament campaigns (PGS, PNC, PGC) in collaboration with PUBG Studio departments. This role involves analyzing marketing trends, developing strategic goals based on in-game user and esports viewership data, establishing key performance indicators, and collaborating with team leads to establish integrated campaign strategies. Responsibilities also include creating marketing plans, researching influencer marketing, analyzing team performance, and enhancing PUBG IP branding to increase viewership. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of experience in esports marketing, specifically with Battlegrounds, and a strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution and analysis.
Must have:
- 6+ years esports marketing experience
- Deep understanding of PUBG & esports
- Successful campaign execution & analysis
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proficient in PPT, Excel, Word
- Fluent English
Good to have:
- Experience in sports industry
- Esports agency or project experience
- Strong internal/external communication

Esports Brand Marketing Team은 펍지 스튜디오 내 유관 부서와 함께 협업하며, PUBG IP를 활용한 글로벌 이스포츠 대회(PGS, PNC, PGC)의 성공적인 개최를 위한 광고/홍보 영역의 큰 틀에서의 캠페인을 기획, 제작, 집행합니다.
또한, HQ로서 지역사업본부 관리 및 지원을 통해 글로벌 마케팅의 전반적인 영역을 관리하는 부서입니다.
Esports Brand Marketing Team은 이를 통해 PUBG IP의 브랜딩을 강화하고 배틀그라운드 이스포츠 대회의 뷰어쉽 증진에 유의미한 기여를 목표로 업무에 임합니다.

- 펍지 이스포츠 산업 성장에 기여할 수 있는 마케팅 산업 전반의 현황 분석 및 인사이트 도출
- 배틀그라운드 인게임 유저 분포와 이스포츠 시청 데이터 분석에 따른 전략적 세부 목표 및 핵심 지표 시스템 구축
- 팀 리드와의 긴밀한 협업을 통해 큰 틀에서의 통합 캠페인 방향성 및 실행 아이디어 수립
- 마케팅 플랜을 체계적이고 효율적으로 보여줄 수 있는 장표화 작업
- 글로벌 인플루언서 마케팅 산업 심층 연구에 따른 신규 비지니스 모델 도출
- 영역 별 리포팅을 취합을 통한 마케팅 팀 성과 분석 및 개선 방향 도출

- 경력 6년 이상
- 이스포츠 산업과 배틀그라운드(이스포츠 포함) 마케팅에 대한 높은 이해도 필수
- 통합 마케팅 캠페인 전략 수립부터 실행, 분석을 통한 인사이트 도출까지 성공적인 캠페인을 주도한 경험
- 체계적인 업무 수행 능력과 힉득한 아이디어를 자기 주도적으로 제시할 수 있는 능동적 자세 보유
- 수준급 이상의 기획 업무에 필요한 문서 작성 능력(PPT, Excel, Word 등) 및 프레젠테이션 능력 보유
- 글로벌 마케터로서 커뮤니케이션 가능한 수준의 영어 능력 보유
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
