Job Description
The KR Esports Contents Manager will play a key role in planning and producing PUBG esports content aligned with the game's direction and the esports team's vision. This involves close collaboration with production partners to manage all aspects of PUBG esports content in Korea. Responsibilities include digital content planning and operation, brand strategy execution, content creation for platforms like YouTube and Instagram, video production, live stream management, data-driven content optimization, marketing collaboration, and fan engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of PUBG esports and its fanbase.
Must have:
- PUBG gamer & esports fan
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)
- YouTube platform understanding
- Digital content creation & social media experience
Good to have:
- Data-driven decision making experience
- Filming and editing capabilities
- English business communication skills

KR Esports Part에서 Contents Manager로서 핵심적인 역할을 수행하게 됩니다. 게임의 방향성과 이스포츠실의 비전에 맞춰 배틀그라운드 이스포츠와 콘텐츠를 기획하고 제작합니다. 프로덕션 등 파트너들과 긴밀하게 커뮤니케이션하며 한국에서 펼쳐지는 배틀그라운드 이스포츠 콘텐츠 전반을 관리합니다. 게임과 이스포츠에 대한 깊은 애정과 이해를 바탕으로 콘텐츠를 직접 제작하며, 데이터와 소비자에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 콘텐츠를 발전시켜 나갑니다.
- 디지털 콘텐츠 기획 및 운영
- 배틀그라운드 이스포츠 브랜드 및 대회 관련 콘텐츠 전략 수립 및 실행
- 유튜브, 인스타그램 등 다양한 디지털 플랫폼에서의 콘텐츠 기획 및 운영
- 촬영 기획, 촬영 장비 운영 및 프로덕션과의 커뮤니케이션
- 팬덤 확대 및 이스포츠 브랜드 가치를 높이기 위한 퍼블리싱 전략 수립 및 채널 운영
- 영상 콘텐츠 제작
- 배틀그라운드 이스포츠 관련 영상 콘텐츠 제작
- 유튜브 콘텐츠 촬영 및 편집
- 디자인, 범퍼 등 유튜브 콘텐츠 제작에 필요한 시각적 요소 디자인
- 이스포츠 생중계 방송 관리, 실시간 영상 편집 및 배포
- 플랫폼 관리
- 한국 배틀그라운드 보유 채널 관리
- 데이터 기반 콘텐츠 운영 성과 분석 및 개선 방안 도출
- 사용자 피드백 및 데이터 기반으로 콘텐츠 최적화 방안 수립
- 마케팅 및 크리에이티브 협업
- 내부 및 외부 부서와 협업하여 크리에이티브 콘텐츠 제작
- 프로팀 및 선수들과 협력하여 인터뷰, 하이라이트 영상, 스토리 콘텐츠 기획 및 제작
- A/B 테스트 및 데이터 분석을 통한 콘텐츠 최적화
- 이스포츠 팬 경험 개선을 위한 팬덤 관리
- 이스포츠 팬들의 몰입도를 높일 수 있는 디지털 경험 기획 및 콘텐츠 제작
- 팬덤 관리 방안 기획 및 실행
- 퍼블리싱 채널 및 커뮤니티 관리

- PUBG 이스포츠 혹은 타 이스포츠 시청 경험을 보유하고 있어 이스포츠 시청자에 대한 높은 이해도를 보유하신 분
- 영상 편집을 위한 각종 디자인 툴 사용이 능숙하신 분 (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator 등)
- 유튜브 플랫폼에 대한 높은 이해도를 보유하신 분
- 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 및 소셜 미디어 운영 경험을 보유하신 분
