Job Description
This Publisher Intelligence Analyst role requires comprehensively analyzing past performance, drawing actionable conclusions, and making tactical and strategic decisions. The analyst will minimize business leadership effort by identifying key issues, suggesting solutions, and executing them. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reporting systems, aggregating data for decision support, partnering with leadership for effective decision-making, prioritizing high-impact work, and building scalable reporting tools. The role also involves empowering stakeholders with self-service data tools and fostering a collaborative analyst community.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years SQL & Data Visualization experience
- 2+ years in BI, analytics, or quantitative analysis
- 2+ years Python & SQL programming experience
- Develop and maintain reporting systems
- Provide actionable insights to leadership
Good to have:
- Data warehousing/modeling experience
- Translating business requirements to BI solutions
- Explaining technical analysis to stakeholders

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
- 2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or quantitative analysis related fields.
- 2 years of experience in programming, Python and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with data warehousing or data modeling concepts.
- Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions.
- Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.
