Job Description

This Publisher Intelligence Analyst role requires comprehensively analyzing past performance, drawing actionable conclusions, and making tactical and strategic decisions. The analyst will minimize business leadership effort by identifying key issues, suggesting solutions, and executing them. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reporting systems, aggregating data for decision support, partnering with leadership for effective decision-making, prioritizing high-impact work, and building scalable reporting tools. The role also involves empowering stakeholders with self-service data tools and fostering a collaborative analyst community.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years SQL & Data Visualization experience
2+ years in BI, analytics, or quantitative analysis
2+ years Python & SQL programming experience
Develop and maintain reporting systems
Provide actionable insights to leadership

Good to have:

Data warehousing/modeling experience
Translating business requirements to BI solutions
Explaining technical analysis to stakeholders

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or quantitative analysis related fields.
2 years of experience in programming, Python and SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with data warehousing or data modeling concepts.
Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions.
Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting systems, which generate, aggregate, and derive data that serves as a foundation for decision support.

Be strategic with capacity and prioritize the highest impact work on strategic projects and initiatives.
Sustainably organize data by building accurate, durable and scalable reporting tools, infrastructure, and processes.
Build data tools to empower stakeholders to self-serve answers to the questions they have.
Be part of and foster the development of an influential and intellectually curious analyst community within the region, with a reputation for high standards, cross-collaboration and direction.
