Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing the global distribution and service of Smilegate Group's game titles. Responsibilities include tracking project progress and issues, reviewing management directives, handling internal staff tasks, managing meetings and creating minutes. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in project management or as a project manager within a publishing company, preferably in the gaming industry. Strong communication and analytical skills, along with proficiency in documentation (PPT, Excel) are essential. Understanding of global game trends is a key requirement. This position is based in Seongnam, South Korea.
Must have:
- 3+ years in project management/PM in publishing
- 3+ years in publisher role
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical problem-solving
- Proficient in PPT & Excel
Good to have:
- English/Japanese language skills
- Jira, Wiki proficiency

자격요건

- 글로벌 게임 트렌드에 대한 이해도 보유
- 논리적 사고, 분석적 문제 해결 능력
- 문서 작성 능력 (PPT, Excel 활용 능숙)
우대사항
- 영어, 일본어 가능자
- 능숙한 협업툴 활용 능력 보유 (Jira, wiki 등)
