As a [Publishing] Business PM at KRAFTON, you will be responsible for the global publishing strategy and execution of KRAFTON games (excluding PUBG). This involves developing and implementing business plans, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, conducting target user and market analysis to define service direction, and optimizing game service operations and performance management. You will also manage project timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution. The role demands experience in managing the entire product lifecycle (from ideation to launch and beyond), strategic thinking, strong execution capabilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with senior management.
