The Publishing Management Lead at KRAFTON's Publishing Division 2 will be responsible for developing and executing global business strategies for assigned projects. This role involves managing project timelines, communicating with relevant departments, establishing and implementing game business plans, addressing service issues, managing KPIs and performance, defining game improvements, and leading the business team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project management experience, a deep understanding of global game products (business, operations, development, marketing), strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. Experience with global game launches, live services across multiple genres and platforms is highly desirable.
