Publishing Producer (World of Warships)

Job Overview

World of Warships is looking for a Publishing Producer to help coordinate and assist in our video game publishing operations in Europe. Under the supervision of the Regional Publishing Director, you will work to manage publishing tasks, cross-functional department communication, live operations, and project management responsibilities.

Regional Publishing Director, World of Warships Europe

What will you do?

• Work closely with the Regional Publishing Director to create and execute a regional product channel & publishing roadmap and all related publishing activities.
• Plan and coordinate the communication and execution of versions, features, projects, and activities to align with organizational and global objectives.
• Develop and maintain operational plans, updating processes and documentation to ensure efficiency.
• Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and task prioritization to ensure the successful execution of publishing initiatives.
• Work closely with development teams to communicate publisher needs and requests while managing on-site and virtual collaboration.
• Collaborate on audience research, segmentation analysis, and data-driven strategies to refine publishing approaches and optimize engagement.
• Facilitate community sentiment analysis and share actionable insights to guide design, publishing strategies, and audience engagement.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on responsible activities as part of publishing operations.
• Support theme definition, positioning strategies, and content narratives, ensuring alignment with audience expectations and mitigating sentiment risks.
• Responsible for operating internal systems and tools as part of publishing functions, ensuring efficient and effective support for broader publishing operations and objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Passion for games.
• Strong communication at all levels within a team or organization.
• 1 or more years in a project management or similar production role.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Familiarity with Wargaming products.
• Experience in video game production or development.
• Experience in video game publishing, PR, or marketing.
• Familiarity with BI Tools such as Tableau is a plus.

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
