Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain Pega workflows, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems.
- Perform unit testing and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Pega applications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Pega development, including Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and Pega Case Management.
- Proficiency in Pega tools such as Pega Designer Studio, Pega Express, and Pega Decisioning.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or higher certification is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Pega development.
