A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing various testing techniques required as per the need of the business.
  • Test functionality and review visual elements of small - large scale interactive deliveries
  • Collaborate within Team to accomplish all daily QA tasks on-time with a high level of quality..
  • Following laid down procedures, workflows, and softwares as per the delivery needs.
  • Defect logging, Tracking and managing till the closure.
  • Be an active member in daily meetings & connects.
  • Assist with internal project kickoffs and requirements/specs gathering
  • Working and following the effort estimates as shared by the QA Lead.
  • Encouraged to find new ways of effective working and save time & efforts.
  • Experience working on web-based projects and mobile apps is an added advantage.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience / exposure to Localisation & UI/ UX Testing.

Job Qualification:

Certification: ISTQB, CSM, Agile certified.

  • Experience into Delivery Methodologies : Agile (SCRUM), Hybrid & Waterfall.
  • Desired Tools : Mantis BT, HP ALM, Selenium, JIRA and BugZilla.
  • Additional Exposure: SQL, RDBMS, DBMS.
  • Desired exposure : Load testing & performance testing
  • Hands on experience of minimum 2-3 years.

Shift Flexibility Requirement: The incumbent must be available and open to working flexible hours, with the potential for UK shifts.
