■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)

PlayStationプロダクトのQAに関するプロジェクトをPMOとして管理・サポート

・開発チームとの窓口となり、プロジェクト間の調整。特に、関連性のあるプロジェクトの進行を支援

・各プロジェクトではQAリードがテスト全体を指揮しているが、複数プロジェクトを横串でサポート

・国内のチーム連携はもちろん、海外チームとの連携や、全体状況のレポート

■組織・職場紹介

PlayStationプラットフォームの製品/サービス全般のソフトウェア品質保証を担い、新しい技術やプロダクトに触れる機会が多い部署です。

PlayStationプラットフォームでは大規模にシステムソフトウェア、コンポーネント、ネットワークソフトウェアなどが複雑に絡み合うため、PS5コンソールを中心として、システムソフトウェア、PSN、周辺機器の動作検証などend to endでソフトウェアに関わっています。
個々のアイディアを大切にし、新しいことに挑戦する意欲を重視して仕事を進める組織です。
海外の開発チームやテストチームとの協業も多く、グローバルな業務経験が得られます。
また、PlayStationプラットフォームの製品は非常に多くのユーザーに届けられ、メディアや店頭で目にする機会も多いので、自分の仕事が社会とつながっていることを実感できます。

■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications

【必須（MUST）】

プロジェクトマネジメントの経験

・・・各プロジェクトのQAリードを横断的にサポートする上で、プロジェクト管理や関係各位とのコミュニケーションを円滑に進める能力が必要となります
ビジネスレベルの英会話スキル

・・・日本だけでなく海外との共同プロジェクトも増えているため、グローバルなプロジェクトに関わっていただきます
