- Test Automation: Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend services.
- Testing Activities: Execute a variety of testing types, including automated, manual, exploratory, functional, regression, and integration tests.
- Specialized Testing: Conduct API testing to ensure backend reliability, performance testing to validate system scalability, and security testing to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Defect Management: Systematically identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools, and collaborate with developers on resolutions.
- Process Improvement: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast feedback loops and proactively drive improvements in QA processes, tools, and best practices.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality ownership and technical growth.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 recent years of professional experience in software quality assurance is required.

- API & Performance Testing: Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured, and experience with performance testing tools like k6 is highly preferred.
- Management Tools: Experience with bug-tracking systems (Jira) and test case management tools (TestRail).
- CI/CD & Cloud: Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI). Experience with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, GCP) is required.
- Security Testing: Familiarity with security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP is a plus.
- Core Concepts: Expertise in software testing principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
