QA Engineer

Location: Onsite Salt Lake City, Utah
Salary: $50-60/HR

Most Important:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Experience using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Engineering Degree

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on end-to-end and exploratory testing
• Proficient in testing methodologies including performance, stress, and load testing
• Skilled in API testing (Postman), UI automation (Playwright), and accessibility-focused front-end testing
• Strong documentation habits; able to evaluate and improve test strategies
• Familiar with tools like JIRA and TestRail; basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end test scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage of workflows and use cases to validate product functionality, integration, and user experience.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases, usability issues, and unexpected behaviors, providing critical insights into product resilience.
• Do agile work flows and daily scrums, etc.
• Be an outside the box thinker!
