Xsolla's AFS team seeks a detail-oriented QA Engineer for a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include participation in design, developing test scenarios, writing functional and integration tests, automating testing, selecting tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, drive innovation, work through ambiguity, and improve processes. Strong communication, technical expertise, and autotesting experience are essential. Experience with gRPC/REST, microservice architecture, DB and SQL is required. The role involves managing multiple tasks, adapting to shifting priorities, and balancing team collaboration with individual accountability.
Must have:
- Practical software testing skills
- Test documentation writing
- CI/CD experience
- Version control system knowledge
- Automated test creation principles
- gRPC/REST experience
- Microservice architecture experience
- SQL and DB knowledge
Good to have:
- Autotesting frameworks experience
- UNIX-like OS command systems
- Basic Javascript knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation in the design process
- Development of test scenarios
- Writing functional and integration tests
- Automation of the testing process
- Selection of testing tools and methodologies
REQUIREMENTS
- Practical software testing skills using various types of testing
- Ability to write test documentation
- Experience with continuous integration system
- Experience with version control system
- Understanding the principles of creating automated tests
- Experience with gRPC/REST
- Experience with microservice architecture
- Experience with DB, knowledge of SQL
- An additional advantage will be experience with autotesting frameworks and command systems of UNIX-like OS, as well as basic knowledge of javascript
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
