Location : Stockholm-Hybrid
The QA Team Lead is responsible for leading the QA team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's quality assurance program. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure successful project delivery.
- Be responsible for QA team needs and for hiring process.
- Have a holistic understanding for ComeOn and its products
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools that ensure the organization's products and services meet or exceed quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and project management, to ensure that quality is embedded in all phases of the product development life cycle.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure complete and thorough testing of all products and services.
- Establish and maintain testing frameworks, methodologies, and tools that support efficient and effective testing practices.
- Develop and maintain QA metrics and reporting that provide visibility into the effectiveness of the organization's QA practices.
- Direct the development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework. Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing.
- Lead the effort to continuously improve the organization's QA practices through the adoption of new tools, techniques, and best practices.
About you:
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies, QA testing methodologies, and automation tools.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Cypress, Webdriver.io etc..
- Strong knowledge of testing tools, including JIRA or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
