About the Role

This role will offer a 2-year rotation within QSC, to provide exposure to an end to end QSC position and gain understanding of the business unit. The role will also be responsible for supporting the leadership of various processes, projects and plans. 
 

Key Responsibilities

The role will support the Quality and Supply Chain teams in the following areas: 

Quality Management Systems
•    Management of the Haleon Quality System.
•    Management of Deviations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) within the company Quality Management System (QMS)
•    Supporting Audit preparation activities
•    Periodic Product Review (PPR) documents
•    Preparation and co-ordination of MAH Quality Assurance Agreements (QAAs)
Compliance
•    Self-inspection / audit of internal processes
•    Maintenance and update of Haleon’s internal databases
•    Liaison with manufacturing plants to gather and provide dossier related information
Consumer Relations & Pharmacovigilance
•    Managing queries and complaints from consumers and healthcare professionals
•    Receiving and recognizing Adverse Events, pregnancy, and overdose reports
•    Updating pharmacy sales team on changes to Marketing Authorisations.

Supply Chain Operations
•    Support warehouse, Distribution and customer Service activities

Qualifications and skills
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
•    Problem identification and solving skills
•    Ability to enable and drive change
•    Self-starter, able to schedule and progress workload on own

Preferred 

A degree in chemistry, microbiology, pharmacy or other related science, due to progression opportunities into a QP or RP.
