As a Quality Analyst – AR, you will audit and evaluate the accuracy of AR functions, including claim follow-ups, denial resolution, and collections. You will provide feedback, track errors, and suggest corrective measures. You will also prepare quality reports, collaborate with the Quality Team, and stay updated on industry practices, ultimately supporting process integrity and client KPIs. This role requires strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, along with knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and RCM compliance standards.
