Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities :

The Quality Assurance Engineer responsibility includes testing and validating all the Lexmark web-portals as well as other Web Applications and internal (Sales and Marketing) tools, creating and maintaining automation Test Suites. The QA Engineer is part of an Agile Team and will participate in daily Standups, Demo and Collaboration meetings, coordinating with Business Analyst and Developers to determine what to test, when and how, what to automate and how.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Experienced with Test Automation:
• Load Testing / JMeter
• Generate and Execute Test scripts
• API Testing
• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, SOAPUI and Postman
• Analyze automated test results
• Maintain existing test Suites
• Strong Written and verbal English Skills
• Verse with Project Management tools like Workfront or JIRA
• Experienced with Agile Methodology
• Experienced with User Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, UI Testing and API Testing
• QA Process management, team-handling, leading & associated SME activities
• Coordinate with teammates that are global (US and India) using Chat, Phone, Virtual meetings
• Available at least during the hours of 7:00 AM to noon EST
• Review/Discuss requirements, Generate test Plan and Test Cases.
• Determine what test cases can be automated and automate them
• Execute test cases and prepare defect reports
• Execute Weekly Regression tests and other Ad-Hoc Tesst. Report and document issues and follow-up until complete disposition
• Functional validation of all the Lexmark Web-portals (e.g. www.lexmark.com, PartnerNet portal & others, etc.)
• Cross-platform (OS / browser) testing as well as localization Testing in different locales
• Test Authoring Lexmark websites in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Testing in PCs, Mac & hand-held devices (e.g. iPad, Cell Phones)
