Job Description
Quantic Dream seeks a Quality Assurance Tester (Tools) to support its R&D team in developing ambitious new projects. Responsibilities include conducting functional and technical tests on internal tools, identifying and tracking bugs, supporting tool delivery into production, writing and maintaining test plans, and contributing to QA process improvement, including test automation. The ideal candidate possesses proven software QA experience, strong analytical and investigative skills, excellent teamwork and communication abilities, and familiarity with tools like Jira. Knowledge of game engines (Unity/Unreal) and Python for test automation is a plus.

To support the development of ambitious new projects, Quantic Dream is strengthening its R&D team and is looking for a Software Tester. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and quality assurance processes, working closely with technical teams.
Responsabilities
- Conduct functional and technical tests on internal tools developed by the R&D team;
- Identify, report, and track bugs with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution;
- Support the R&D teams during the delivery of tools into production, ensuring stability and performance;
- Write and maintain detailed test plans (checklists) for tools and updates;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes, with a focus on test automation where possible
Experiences & Qualifications
- Proven experience in software quality assurance;
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach;
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of level editors such as Unity or Unreal Engine would be a plus;
- Experience with Python for test automation is an advantage;
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, Devtrack, or Test Track Pro would be appreciated;
- Proactive, communicative, and dedicated to achieving team objectives.
