Job Description
Must have:
- Participation in problem-solving groups
- Monitoring quality indicators and preparing reports (quality costs, SPC)
- Reviewing customer quality portals and supervising the complaint database
- Analysis of internal quality problems and taking actions to eliminate deficiencies
- Preparation and participation in audits (internal and external)
