Candidate Should have  minimum   10 Years of experience :

(a) Cost estimation, preparation of certificates for payments and preparation of financial statements for the Employer.

(b) Review of claims and preparation of counter claims.

(c) Have at least 5 year experience in FIDIC Silver Book contracts.

Experience in building construction, road works and Airport Development Works.

Degree in Civil / Quantity Surveying 

The position is based out at  GAN in-Maldives.
