Responsibilities - Manage a team of software engineers including technical planning、task planning and code reviewing, oversee the development of solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of innovative features. - Drive technical projects and provide leadership in a fast-moving environment. - Monitor the results and quality of all the solutions and projects implemented. - Work closely with partner teams across the company. - Lead and drive the company-wide technical services platform and Apps.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant majors. - Experienced in the design and implementation of apps and platforms on a large scale. - Creative problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. - Strong written/verbal communication and excellent teamwork skills, flexible and self-driven.
