Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage scheduling for meeting rooms and events
Provide administrative support as needed
Organize the reception area while complying with firm procedures, rules, and regulations

Minimum years experience required

Experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's' degree.
