  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Manage scheduling for meeting rooms and events

  • Provide administrative support as needed

  • Organize the reception area while complying with firm procedures, rules, and regulations

Minimum years experience required

  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Bachelor's' degree.
