The Record-to-Report Senior Director will lead Record-to-Report (RTR) initiatives, transformation, governance, processes, and investments. Responsibilities include design and implementation of Indirect Tax, Treasury and Banking, GL/Consolidation, and TrinTech/Cadency processes, along with planning & management reporting. This role involves strategic planning, providing IT strategy, and partnering with business leaders to develop solutions. The director will manage a sizeable team. The role demands leadership to drive innovation and implement best-in-class RTR Finance transactional processing environments.

Job Summary
• Provide leadership across our Record-to-Report (RTR) initiatives, transformation, governance, processes, and investments.  The Global RTR Process team spans multiple functional areas tasked to innovate, design, develop, and implement a best-in-class RTR Finance transactional processing environment for our partners and customers.

• Planning & Management Reporting

• Portfolio Planning & Management

• Test, Deployment & Hypercare

• Localization

• Ensures performance results and actively contributes to strategic planning or the larger function.
• Provides IT strategy, vision and direction regarding issues that may have HP-wide impact.
• Provides direction, consulting and critical thinking on overall priorities as they relate to the Financial & IT needs of the business.
• Key player in partnering with business leaders to understand requirements, needs and challenges from a Finance & system standpoint and proposing, driving and implementing solutions.
• Partner to several significant business areas.
• Full management responsibility of a sizeable or complex team or function within IT management.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence with Financial applications.
• Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in IT/Finance supervisory, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $183,650 to $275,450 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
