We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team at CD PROJEKT RED! In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong focus on international markets. You’ll partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to bring in the best global talent and ensure a great candidate experience — all while working in a flexible hybrid model (2 days per week from our Warsaw office). Please note: this role requires working hours from 11:00 to 19:00 (CEST, Poland timezone).

Daily responsibilities:

• Running full-cycle recruitment processes: from sourcing to screening, coordinating interviews, and offering feedback.
• Managing recruitment efforts for positions on international markets, across different teams and disciplines.
• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their current and future hiring needs.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintaining accurate data in our recruitment systems and preparing reports as needed.

• At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (tech, creative, operations, etc.) is a plus.
• Previous experience in international recruitment will be an asset.
• A passion for games is a strong plus!

Working mode

• Hybrid work model: 2 days per week from our Warsaw office.
• Working hours: 11:00–19:00.
