G5 Games seeks a talented Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process across various roles and levels. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, building strong candidate relationships, and proactively developing a talent pipeline. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, defining job requirements, offering recruitment insights, and evaluating candidates. This role requires at least 2 years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, proficiency in CRM/ATS systems, and B2 level English proficiency or higher. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to evolving business needs.

G5 Games is a game developer and publisher headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. We have over 850+ talented professionals worldwide who work remotely or in one of our 10 locations. More than 20 years ago, the company became one of the first mobile game developers in the world. 

You may know us from hit projects like Sherlock, Hidden City®, Mahjong Journey®, The Secret Society®, the Jewels series, and many others. 

Our team is looking for a talented Recruiter.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles at different levels.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with candidates and proactively build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, provide recruitment insights, and assess candidates.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM/ATS recruitment systems.

Would be a great bonus:

  • Experience in the gaming industry or understanding of game development processes.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and insights into hiring for game studios.
  • Experience in international recruitment and candidate relocation.
  • Strong competency-based interviewing skills, including behavioral assessment techniques.
