Job Description

As a Recruiter on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers. You'll work closely with hiring managers, providing expertise on the recruitment process and advising on job offers. This role requires proactive communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, relationship management, and candidate assessment.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting across technical and corporate functions.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
  • Proven market knowledge of the UK, Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria.

Location Details: Remote, UK

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

Remote: This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.  

 
What you'll get to do...

This is a 12 month fixed term contract role. As a part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, our Recruiters own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle which includes building and executing recruiting strategies, working with hiring leaders to understand their talent requirements, building authentic connections internally and with potential talent, representing our brand, nurturing candidates, and creating a positive experience.  

You will be a key voice in the screening, interviewing, and selection processes as you provide your expertise and advice to our hiring leaders. You will provide input on facets of our TA processes, including marketplace knowledge, job offer structure and negotiation, and closing candidates. You will also serve as the TA subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and other process stakeholders. 

Success in this role requires pro-activeness, resilience, effective communication, problem solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment. A passion for creating a great experience and a drive for results are the keys to success. 

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.  
  • Talent Sourcing: Apply various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, industry networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.  
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and collaborate on effective recruitment strategies.  
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit based on GoDaddy’s core values and desired abilities. 

Your experience should include... 

  • Minimum of 5 years Recruiting experience. 
  • Proven track record of recruiting across technical and corporate functions with the ability to directly source and hire passive talent. 
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends, with the ability to assess technical capabilities effectively. 
  • Proven market knowledge of the UK, Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria.
  • Experience working with senior level stakeholders across geographies.
