Join us as a Recruiter in Korea and play a pivotal role in our regional growth. You'll work closely with Netflix teams and Eyeline Studios to recruit top-tier local talent. Success requires understanding the Korean entertainment and technology sectors and executing effective recruitment strategies. We value autonomy and innovation, and your expertise will directly influence Netflix’s success in Korea.

| You will drive this impact by your ability to:

• Experience: Over 3 years in recruiting in a high-growth environment
• Hands-On: Skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates; able to coach and influence senior leaders
• Program Design: Experience in creating recruiting programs for niche talent (e.g., Content, Production, VFX)
• Self-Driven: Proactive problem solver committed to enhancing Netflix’s reputation
• Curious & Informed: Understands business dynamics and the Korean talent market
• Strategic Partner: Uses market expertise and business insight to guide hiring decisions
• Entertainment Enthusiast: Passionate about tech and media; engaging with content is second nature

• Language: Fluent in Korean, proficient in English
