Job Description

Netflix seeks an experienced Recruiter to partner with Product, Ads, Marketing, and Finance teams in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, partnering with researchers and hiring managers, developing recruiting plans to expand talent pools, conducting interviews, and managing multiple requisitions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a deep understanding of the LATAM talent landscape, and strong consultative recruiting skills. They should be able to coach hiring managers, analyze recruiting data, and identify innovative ways to attract diverse talent. The role requires strong prioritization, multitasking, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Must have:
  • 7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Deep understanding of LATAM talent market (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina)
  • Proven track record recruiting corporate functions and executive talent
  • Consultative recruiting expertise
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills

We seek an experienced Recruiter to partner with our Product, Ads, Marketing, and Finance Teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner: You’ll work full cycle, with recruiting researchers and hiring managers as your true partners, to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You’ll coach and advise based on your growing knowledge of niche markets, compensation, and the competitive landscape.
  • Strategize & Research: You develop a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pools and ensure there’s a diverse range of candidates for both short-term and long-term efforts. You’ll function as a talent advisor through expert knowledge of the external talent market, and you’ll leverage that insight to the function/business to solve complex recruiting challenges.
  • Evaluate & Close: You’ll be an owner of the candidate's experience from first contact to closing. You’ll conduct interviews and/or other touchpoints with candidates that contribute to meaningful decision-making for hiring managers and relationship-building with the candidate.
  • Prioritize: You’ll own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with intentional decision-making. You’ll use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, and you value how recruiting can influence the inclusion and diversity landscape of a company.
  • You have a deep understanding of the current talent landscape ecosystem in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. 
  • You have a proven track record of successfully engaging and recruiting corporate functions and executive talent. 
  • You excel in consultative recruiting. You regularly track and deliver recruiting insights/analysis to inform internal stakeholders, and you recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines and our ability to close top talent.
  • You are curious, and you love going beyond the surface level of a profile; you research market trends and don’t rely on just a keyword search to find the niche talent.
  • You are accustomed to multi-tasking, self-prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines.
