The Recruiting Coordinator Intern will be an integral part of the recruiting team, responsible for scheduling interviews, hosting on-site interviews, generating offer letters, and assisting with new-hire preboarding. This role offers exposure to recruiting and other HR areas. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews with hiring managers, analyzing recruiting data, developing dashboards, assisting with career fairs and events, managing candidates in Workday (ATS), staying updated on job market trends, and coordinating candidate travel. A working towards degree in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources, or equivalent experience is required, along with customer service experience, an interest in recruiting/HR, attention to detail, strong organizational and process orientation, comfort interacting with executives, ATS experience, excellent communication skills, and Outlook experience.
