The Impact of a Talent Operations & Coordination Specialist:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual based in Mexico to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Operations & Coordination Specialist. In this hybrid role, you will split your time (25/75) between Talent Acquisition Coordination responsibilities and Talent Acquisition Operations tasks. You will be responsible for providing seamless scheduling and interview coordination, as well as supporting the operational side of talent acquisition, including background checks, offer letters, employee referrals, and collaboration with various business units.

*** Please note that this role requires the ability to work East Coast hours (Eastern Daylight Time), ideally from 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm CT.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage reschedules, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and streamline recruiting operations and processes.
• Support offer letter preparation, background check coordination, and referral program tracking.
• Maintain recruitment systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall hiring effectiveness.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

• Ability to work East Coast hours (EDT), ideally 7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm CT, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in recruiting or HR-related roles, including coordination or operations, with familiarity in tools like Lever, Greenhouse, Gem, or Dayforce a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with the ability to manage data and communication effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and collaborate well across cross-functional teams.
