The Impact of a Talent Operations & Coordination Specialist:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual based in Mexico to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Operations & Coordination Specialist. In this hybrid role, you will split your time (25/75) between Talent Acquisition Coordination responsibilities and Talent Acquisition Operations tasks. You will be responsible for providing seamless scheduling and interview coordination, as well as supporting the operational side of talent acquisition, including background checks, offer letters, employee referrals, and collaboration with various business units.
