About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven Recruitment Marketing Specialist to craft compelling outreach strategies and attract top tech talent to join Zazz. Your mission will be to create engaging content, run multi-channel marketing campaigns, and drive candidate interest to build a strong pipeline.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
• Optimize job ads, landing pages, and outreach messaging to increase candidate conversions.
• Utilize social media, email marketing, and paid ads to amplify talent reach.
• Track campaign performance and experiment with A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with TA and employer branding teams to strengthen Zazz’s presence in the job market.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and email automation.
• Ability to craft compelling outreach messaging that drives candidate engagement.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign analytics.
