Job Description
Smilegate RPG, a developer and operator of top-tier online MMORPGs, seeks a seasoned HR professional for a crucial role in talent acquisition and team building. Responsibilities encompass crafting and executing strategies to attract top talent, developing a compelling employer brand within the gaming industry, streamlining and optimizing the entire recruitment process (from application screening to interviews), and meticulously analyzing data to refine processes and measure performance. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience in HR planning and recruitment, a robust understanding of data analysis, and a strong foundation in overall HR practices.
Must have:
- 7+ years in HR planning & recruitment

- Strong HR knowledge

Good to have:
- Recruitment branding experience
- IT/Gaming industry HR experience

자격요건
