Job Description

Smilegate RPG, a developer and operator of top-tier online MMORPGs, seeks a seasoned HR professional for a crucial role in talent acquisition and team building. Responsibilities encompass crafting and executing strategies to attract top talent, developing a compelling employer brand within the gaming industry, streamlining and optimizing the entire recruitment process (from application screening to interviews), and meticulously analyzing data to refine processes and measure performance. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience in HR planning and recruitment, a robust understanding of data analysis, and a strong foundation in overall HR practices.

Must have:

7+ years in HR planning & recruitment
Data analysis & insight extraction
Strong HR knowledge
Effective communication
Strategic thinking
Empathy

Good to have:

Recruitment branding experience
IT/Gaming industry HR experience
Passion for gaming
English communication skills

자격요건

- 인사기획/채용운영 경력 7년 이상 - 데이터 기반의 인사이트 도출 및 데이터 분석 역량 - 인사업무 전반에 대한 기본 지식 및 HR전문가로의 성장 욕구

필요역량

- 효과적이고 명확한 커뮤니케이션 역량 - 호기심 및 개방성 - 전략적 사고 능력 - 공감 능력

우대사항

- 채용 브랜딩 구축 및 운영 경험 - IT/게임업계 HR 경험 - 게임에 대한 진심 어린 애정 - 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량
