Job Description

Smilegate RPG seeks a highly experienced HR professional for the role of Recruitment Planning/Operations Manager. This crucial position involves developing and implementing strategies for attracting top talent, building a strong employer brand within the gaming industry, and optimizing the entire recruitment process. Responsibilities include enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across all stages of recruitment (from application screening to interviews), analyzing data to establish key performance indicators, and monitoring performance at each stage. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in HR planning and recruitment operations, a deep understanding of data analysis, and a passion for the gaming industry.

Must have:

7+ years in HR planning/recruitment operations
Data analysis and insights generation
Strong communication skills
Strategic thinking & problem-solving

Good to have:

Experience in recruitment branding
IT/gaming industry HR experience
Passion for gaming
English communication skills
