Nielsen's Talent Acquisition team seeks a Senior Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions, with a focus on commercial roles. Responsibilities include identifying passive candidates through innovative techniques, partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, managing the entire recruitment process (Clarify, Review, Interview, Select, Prepare), conducting proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches, managing the applicant flow in the ATS, and collaborating on diversity initiatives. Hands-on tech hiring experience is essential. Fluency in English, Korean, and/or Japanese is required.
Must have:

- Hands-on tech hiring experience
- Excellent communication skills (English, Korean/Japanese)

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team
As a Senior Recruiter,you will manage all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting for positions across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region with a primary focus in commercial recruitment. Role Responsibilities
- Identifying passive candidates using creative and innovative recruiting techniques
- Partnering with hiring managers and People team to identify and understand key requirements, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy
- Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment, including Clarify, Review, Interview, Select and Prepare.
- Proactive high-level sourcing, such as Linkedin Recruiter and Boolean searches, and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking
- Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System
- Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on diversity initiatives and attracting adiverse candidate slate
Requirement
- Full life cycle recruiting experience to help attract and retain the best candidates
- Hands-on experience in tech hiring is a must for this role
- Excellent communication skills, including professional level of writing and speaking in English, Korean and/or Japanese
- Experience finding passive candidates through creative means
- Collaborative, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to supportspecial projects or initiatives as needed
