Job Description

The Regional Strategy and Operations Lead for Google Cloud in Mexico City will work directly with business executives and key leaders on critical business projects. Responsibilities include assessing market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, driving business planning processes, and tackling ambiguous problems. The role requires strong business judgment, effective communication with sales executives and senior Google leadership, and the ability to structure complex issues and find creative solutions. This position offers a unique perspective on a fast-growing business within Google and requires comfort operating under uncertainty. The S&O organization provides business-critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment, and helps sales teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, or related fields.
Must have:
  • 6+ years experience in relevant fields
  • Experience managing business rhythms
  • Executive-level client interaction
  • Data analysis and insight generation
  • Fluent English communication
Good to have:
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Strategic and operational planning experience
  • Sales strategy collaboration
  • CUD technology knowledge
  • Strong data analytics skills

Job Details


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
  • Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
  • Experience collaborating on sales strategy planning.
  • Knowledge of CUD technologies, products, and market landscape.
  • Comfort working with large data sets and strong data analytics skills.
