Job Description

Luxoft's Digital Cockpit practice seeks a Regular DevOps Engineer to contribute to their automotive IVI system development. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining critical tools for their automation platform using GitOps and Configuration as Code; automating environment setup and teardown on Kubernetes (EKS); managing configuration states for tools and environments; and integrating security protocols. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of DevOps experience and proficiency in CI/CD tools (Zuul CI, ArgoCD), artifact repositories (Artifactory), source code repositories (Gerrit), Kubernetes, Python3, Pulumi, and AWS cloud infrastructure (EKS, EC2).

Must have:

2+ years DevOps experience
CI/CD (Zuul CI, ArgoCD)
Artifactory, Gerrit
Kubernetes
Python3
Pulumi
AWS EKS, EC2

Good to have:

AWS (EKS, EC2, Load Balancer, IAM, EBS, EFS, S3)

Project description

The Digital Cockpit practice as part of Luxoft Automotive delivers stunning user experience to our customers. We develop IVI systems from pixel to silicon and apply agile methodologies to tackle challenging projects in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Toolchain Setup: Deploy, configure, and maintain critical tools for our Automation Platform

Use GitOps and Configuration as Code principles.

Automation of Environments: Automate the setup and teardown of various environments and automation platform tools on Kubernetes (EKS).

Configuration as Code (CaC): Manage configuration states for all tools and environments.

Security Integration: Implement security protocols for toolchains, including access control, SSL, and vulnerability scanning tools.

Skills

Must have

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.

CI/CD Tools: Zuul CI, ArgoCD

Artifact Repositories: Artifactory

Source Code Repositories: Gerrit

Container Orchestration: Kubernetes

Programming Languages: Python3

Infrastructure as Code: Pulumi

AWS Cloud Infrastructure: AWS EKS, EC2,

Nice to have

AWS Cloud Infrastructure: EKS, EC2, Load Balancer, IAM, EBS, EFS, S3 etc.

Networking: General networking knowledge, firewalls, VPCs, load balancers.

ASPICE & Agile knowledge

Android Open Source Project knowledge

Monitoring & Log Tools: Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, ELK Stack
