Job Description

As the Regulatory Affairs and Political Analysis Advisor, you will support Ubisoft by analysing transversal regulatory challenges and political developments on a global basis. You will keep up to date on priority regulatory topics and the political landscape and, in collaboration with your manager and other teams, think through how they apply to Ubisoft operations and policies.

Reporting to the Global Policy and Regulatory Affairs Director, you will be joining the Corporate Affairs Team as well as our mission to represent Ubisoft in our work with governments, associations, and other institutions around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse legislative and regulatory developments on a global level and recommend courses of action in collaboration with the Global Policy and Regulatory Affairs Director;
  • Anticipate and analyse evolving priorities in the political landscape around the world in support of the Corporate Affairs team;
  • Prepare impactful presentations, summaries, and letters;
  • Liaise and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders for Ubisoft;
  • Maintain regulatory mappings and summaries on priority topics;
  • Support our Corporate Affairs work in specific regions such as Southeast Asia and MENA based on expertise in these regions;

*Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience or a degree in public policy, business, law, economics, or political science;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills;
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners;
  • Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude in order to thrive in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
  • Strong interpersonal and relational communication skills in both spoken and written in English and French;
  • Organized and attentive to details;
