The Regulatory Compliance Administrator ensures the company's operations adhere to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and legal compliance across various jurisdictions. This role involves monitoring and interpreting evolving regulatory and licensing requirements, translating them into actionable policies. Responsibilities include managing gaming license processes, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations, coordinating audits, preparing reports for authorities, and fostering a culture of compliance through training and communication. The administrator will also collaborate with internal departments and act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies.
Good To Have:
  • Professional certifications (CGCS, CCEP)
  • Experience in iGaming or regulated sectors
  • Fluency in Dutch

Regulatory Compliance Administrator

Are you a detail-driven compliance professional with a strong grasp of AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks in the gaming industry? In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our operations meet the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory and licensing requirements, translating them into actionable internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage the process of obtaining, maintaining, and renewing gaming licenses across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure full compliance with licensing conditions, regulatory obligations, and applicable AML/KYC requirements.
  • Coordinate internal audits, investigations, and risk assessments to proactively identify and address potential compliance issues.
  • Maintain timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities, supported by comprehensive documentation.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct through targeted training, communication, and leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to embed licensing and compliance considerations into operational workflows and decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of AML legislation, KYC procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CGCS, CCEP) are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a compliance role within the iGaming, financial, or other regulated sector is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).

Location

This is a full-time, office-based position in Eindhoven, Netherlands (not remote).
