Job Description

As a Relationship Manager for Corporate Salary Accounts, you will be part of the initial team, responsible for building and maintaining client relationships to grow the Salary program. This involves acquiring new corporate clients, opening salary accounts for their employees through B2B channels, and spearheading the onboarding and activation process. You will need to develop strong trust relationships with assigned corporate clients, expand relationships through engagement activities, and resolve account opening issues with the support teams. B2B and experience in Banking/Fintech/Financial Services is a must.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of mandatory lead generation experience.
  • Comfortable with generating leads and creating awareness.
  • End to end ownership of the relationship post acquisition.
  • Sales Enthusiast with a go-getter attitude.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Previous banking-related experience is preferred.

What is this role about :
You will be part of the very first team of Relationship Managers for the "Corporate Salary Accounts" program. You will build & preserve trusting relationships with corporate clients to expand our Salary program.

Responsibilities:

    • Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees via B2B channel & have strong network / client list.
    • Ability to leverage network or other channels to identify and qualify new leads.
    • Spearhead complete onboarding & activation of corporate employees
    • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to the team and him.
    • Expand relationship with existing customers / corporates through engagement activities & other strategies.
    • Responsible for account opening issues in coordination with the internal support team, customer service teams.
    • B2B & Banking/Fintech/Financial Services experience is must.

Required Skills :
